Dining
There will be a state-of-the-art cookhouse and an air-conditioned dining room. Organic home style Vegetarian food will be provided as per the menu approved by the residents. Special meals will be provided against medical advice as required. For those who need to be served at their residence, arrangements will be made. Catering will also be undertaken for in -house meetings, functions and celebrations.
Health
A Domestic health care facility will be established and a well-qualified physiotherapist and ICU trained nurse will be available in the campus 24/7.This Domestic health care facility will have running dossiers on the medical condition of all the residents which will be updated periodically after necessary check-ups. This health care will be equipped to provide first- aid and emergency treatment pending transit to hospitals. There will be tie up with major hospitals in the vicinity to cater for emergencies. Doctors will be made available routinely and also on call. A fully equipped Ambulance with driver will be available 24/7.
Care center
There will be a special personal care attendants for those who requires special care for a short term. Residents requiring care after surgeries or during convalescence will be admitted and cared for under medical supervision. Special rehabilitation will be given for their speedy recovery. In care giving centre we will maintain the complete medical records of the members in special care.
Medical Camps
Our health care model focuses on preventive care. Medical camps will be organized at regular intervals to assess and update the medical records of the residents. A team of doctors, nurses and lab technicians will come to our community’s to provide health check-ups. Adequate follow up action will be taken to provide treatment as per the medical advice.
Welfare
For maintaining good health, an adequately equipped senior friendly Gymnasium is provided for residents to improve their health and muscle strength. Ayurvedic massage centre and spa has been provided for residents to keep them rejuvenate. Well-paved walking track, pebble walk, indoor court/play area will be established and games like chess ,carrom, cards, billiards and table tennis will be provided for the residents to spend their time. Indoor sports tournament will be organised and prizes will be distributed. Regular stretching exercises for muscle relaxing, Yoga and meditation along with schedule health fitness programmes will be conducted .It is incumbent that, over a period of time, the inter-personal relationship between residents develops amicably and the community functions as extended family. With this objective in mind, social events will be planned, keeping the common interest, allowing free interaction and bonding.
House keeping & Maintenance
The following aspects will be totally taken care of by the Housekeeping/Admin team
- Common area cleaning and maintenance.
- Dusting, sweeping and swabbing of individual houses
- Effective running of Sewage and sullage treatment plants.
- Electrical, carpentry and Plumbing repairs of individual houses
- Uninterrupted supply of drinking water.
- General upkeep of the project.
- Maintaining the garden in common areas/park.
Entertainment
Movies, Birthday celebrations, Anniversaries, Multi festive celebrations, cultural group visits, visits by eminent musicians and other eminent personalities will be organized. Religious talks and religious programmes will be organised as per residents wish.
A well-equipped Activity centre will be provided for residents to do yoga, pranayama and other religious activities. Movies will be screened periodically in the open air theatre. Residents can also enjoy watching movies in comfortable seats with fully air-conditioned mini theatre in the club house.
Additional Facilities
Uninterrupted power supply for common areas, flats and individual houses by Genset. Battery operated carts for residents movements within campus. Owners and visitors car parking facilities. Guest houses for visitors. Business centre offers residents to work and take print out for their needs.
Functioning of all the above will be reviewed in consultation with the residents periodically to bring in any change for betterment. A full time resident manager and the necessary support staff will be present in the campus 24/7 to force all maintenance activities and to handle emergencies and escalations.
Travel and transport Assistance
Dedicated in-house vehicles will be available for residents inside the community for pickup and drop from the city. We assist on cab arrangements, air, bus and train ticket booking. Site- seeing and religious tours will be planned in consultation with the residents.
Shuttle Services
Residents can avail our scheduled shuttle services to certain key locations in the city. Now imagine the convenience of finishing your chores in the city without having to drive or engaging a driver.
Concierge
Our wide range of concierge services are payment of bills,form submission, banking services, property tax payment, Courier, Ration card services, RTO , Passport , Relocation, supplies and requirements of daily needs such as Medicines, fruits, grocery, Milk, newspaper etc.
Property Management
In the absence of the resident we act as property manager of your property. The resident manager will assist you to identify a tenant for your apartment or villa. We also assist on resale of the property, legal and documentation management such as writing will and property transition.
Safety and security
24/7 security guards will be available with CCTV monitoring system. Intercom facilities will be provided for visitor’s movement. Entry and exit pass will be provided for vendor movement. Emergency calling switches will be installed in living, bedrooms and toilets and will be monitored from a centralised location.
Laundry service
Laundromats service will be available in side the community where the residents can give their clothes for washing, pressing and dry cleaning.
